CCE Refund & Registration Policy

PLEASE NOTE: All California Classic Events registrations are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of original purchase.

If your plans change, we offer flexible options when available:

Defer: Move your registration to a future CCE event, subject to our deferral guidelines.
Switch: Change your registered distance/event when permitted and subject to availability or applicable fees.
Virtual: Convert your registration to a virtual participation option when offered.
Gift Transfer: Transfer your registration to a friend or family member as a gift, following our transfer guidelines.

No refunds will be issued after the 24-hour window. Registration changes must be requested before the applicable event deadlines and are subject to CCE policies, event availability, and any applicable fees.
