Refund Policy
Due to race transfer requests and cancellations in the weeks leading up to an event, we follow the policy below in accordance with USA Track & Field (USATF) guidelines.
Refunds are not issued once a registration is completed. Significant planning and upfront expenses go into producing each race, and funds are committed in good faith based on registrations received. Distance changes are allowed by paying the price difference in effect at the time of the change.
We strongly recommend purchasing the low-cost race insurance at registration to help protect your entry if unexpected circumstances arise.
We love what we do and work for months to create a great race experience. Canceling or postponing an event is always a last resort. While we understand the time and effort athletes invest, refunds are not feasible if a race must be postponed or canceled due to costs incurred well in advance of race day.
