NO REFUND POLICY (RACE ENTRY ONLY)
All race registrations for Desert Dwellers Run Club LLC (DDRC) are final. By registering, you agree your entry purchase is a binding sale for a limited-capacity event with non-recoverable costs. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to: injury or illness, schedule or travel conflicts, weather preferences, late arrival, missed start, inability to complete the course, disqualification, or failure to attend. DDRC may adjust the course, distance, start time, or operations for safety, permits, venue rules, or other conditions; such changes do not qualify for a refund. Refunds are issued only if DDRC cancels the race entirely and does not reschedule it. If rescheduled, your entry transfers to the new date.
