We understand that plans change. While registration fees are non-refundable, we offer options to protect your entry.

•Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable due to advance costs for permits, timing, shirts, medals, and event services.
•Deferrals: Participants may defer their entry to a future Finish Line Society event if unable to attend. Deferral requests must be submitted by 14 days before race days and may include a small administrative fee.
•Transfers: Participant transfers to another runner are permitted through your RunSignup account up to 7 days before race day.
•Race Insurance: Optional race insurance is available during registration for unexpected circumstances such as injury, illness, or work conflicts.
•Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, entries may be transferred to a future event. Refunds are not guaranteed.
