Rules:
All participants must wear their assigned race bib on the front of the shirt during the race. Race numbers must be visible and in full view.
For safety reasons, bicycles, roller skates, in-line skates, and pets will be prohibited on the course and in the All-Star 5K Village.
Entries are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be deferred to another year.
Event management reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the event due to inclement weather or conditions deemed unsafe. Participant safety is the number one priority. Entries are non-refundable in the case of cancellation.

Is race day registration offered?
Yes, you may register on race day online anytime, or on site starting at 7 a.m. until race time at 9 a.m.
Are race bibs transferable?
Race bibs may not be transferred to another runner, even in the event that the registered runner cannot attend. Doing so will disqualify the bib number.
Are there refunds on registration?
The race does not issue refunds or race entry transfers.
Is the race timed?
Yes, the race is chip-timed with results.
Are dogs allowed on the race route?
No dogs or other pets are allowed on the race route, even with a leash. If you require a service dog, you may request permission by emailing Tim Ryan at tryan@stlsports.org.
What is your child policy?
Children 3 years old and under are free and do not need to be registered.
Are strollers allowed?
Strollers are permitted during the NHL All-Star 5K presented by Ashley HomeStore. If running with a stroller, please line up towards the back and allow other runners without strollers to go ahead.

Can I walk or jog the race if I am not competitive?
Certainly! Anyone who is physically able to complete a 5K (3.1 miles) is encouraged to participate. We encourage all levels of runners and walkers. We will enforce a 20 minute per mile pace. If you are still on the race route beyond the 20-minute per mile pace, you may be asked to move onto sidewalks until you reach the finish line.
How early should I arrive?
Registration / Packet pick-up is available beginning at 7 a.m. on race day. You may arrive anytime between 7 a.m. and the start of the race at 9 a.m.
What is the weather policy?
The 5K will go on rain or shine. In the event of severe or inclement weather, a call will be made about the race at that time. Any postponements or cancellation would be announced on the official event website stlouisblues.com/allstar5k and on St. Louis Blues and St. Louis Sports Commission social media accounts.
Can we stick around after the race?
Absolutely, everyone is welcome hang out in the All-Star 5K Village and enjoy the post-race festivities in Aloe Plaza across from Union Station.
