Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Participants may request a refund for their event registration up until June 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST. After this deadline, registrations become non-refundable due to race planning, permitting, staffing, shirt production, and event-related expenses already incurred.
Please note that all add-ons, merchandise, donations, processing fees, and optional purchases are non-refundable under all circumstances. Refunds apply only to the base event registration fee and will be issued back to the original payment method when possible.
Race entries may not be transferred, deferred, exchanged, or credited toward future events unless explicitly approved by event organizers. In the event of severe weather, natural disaster, public safety concerns, acts beyond organizer control, or event cancellation, refunds may not be guaranteed.
