We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to properly plan and execute a great event for everyone.
Refund Schedule
75% refund available up to 60 days before race day
50% refund available up to 30 days before race day
No refunds within 30 days of race day
Free bib transfer to another participant (up to 10 days before race)
Notes
Processing fees are non-refundable (standard across most races)
All refund requests must be submitted via email before deadlines
Refund percentages are based on the original registration fee
