Rider Support
Route Navigation
All routes are marked with directional arrows, and the full courses here on Ride with GPS. Riders are highly encouraged to download the specific route for which they registered and one ride shorter than their goal distance.
If you want to print a cue-sheet, open the route in Ride with GPS, then click “More” and select “Print Cue Sheet” from the dropdown menu.
You do not need an account to print a cue sheet, but you would need to create a free account to print the map.
Important — please don’t rely on a single navigation tool. While we work hard to keep routes clearly marked, it’s always best to review and familiarize yourself with the course ahead of time.
Timing Cutoffs
Precautionary heat avoidance and timing measures will be implemented to minimize exposure for later riders. Riders are highly encouraged to download the specific route for which they registered and one ride shorter than their goal distance for easy modifications. We will station course attendants at two cutoff points for later arrivals
-
11:15 cutoff at Clayton & Newstead Rd. (15.7 miles in on the Short & Medium Routes, 30.2 miles in on the Long Route
-
Noon cutoff at Arsenal and Center Cross Dr.- out of Tower Grove Park, (17.8 miles in on the Short Route, 24 miles in on Medium Route, 42.7 miles in on the Long route)
SAG (Support and Gear)
To receive support on the route, you must be wearing a wrist band, which will be given to you at check-in.
All Trailnet Classics rides use the TraQ Central app to manage and dispatch mechanical support calls. Through the app, riders can drop a pin at their exact location and include a note describing the assistance they need. Our support vehicles receive that GPS location and can respond quickly. The app is free on both iOS and Android devices.
Whenever possible, riders experiencing mechanical issues or other non-emergency challenges should make their way to the nearest rest stop before requesting assistance. This helps us use our support resources more efficiently while providing riders with a safe place to rest, rehydrate, and wait for help.
It’s always best practice to start your ride prepared for minor repairs — but if you need additional help, support is just a tap away! Download TraQ Central free for Android or iOS
