RSVP Today: Need to save money? Did you know that you can reserve an afternoon Wildcard run on Thursday afternoon? This allows you to fly in the morning of! These spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis for competitors flying into the event. Be sure to let us know well in advance!

7:00PM - Welcome Reception for Early-Arrivers at the View Bar inside The Strat
Thursday (August 10th):
7:00AM - Open Practice
7:00AM - Mandatory First-Timers Meeting
8:00AM to 5:00PM -Wildcard Qualifying Rounds for the Individual Category. (SEE IMPORTANT NOTE AT END OF SCHEDULE)
Friday (August 11th)
7:00AM - Open Practice
8:00AM - Relay Category Seeding
> Tandem Category Title Competition Event follows the completion of Relay Seeding
NOON - Relay Category Title Competition Event
Saturday (August 12th)
7:30AM - Open Practice
8:30AM - Opening Ceremony
9:00AM to 12:00AM - Southwest Regional Individual Category Title Competition Finale
Due to the anticipated heat, the Awards After Party & Presentation Ceremony will include a POOL PARTY at the residence of one of our distinguished competitors
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR COMPETITORS FROM A SOUTHWEST REGION STATE: Your run times at the conclusion of Thursdays Individual Category Wildcard qualifying rounds will determine the Southwest Region Championship Titles for the 2023 season! If a SW Competitor has a run time that places them into the top 50 moving forward to Saturday's individual category finale, they will run again but this time for Overall Event honors.
