Jim and Matt Dembinski run a highly respected family business. Jim, who is President and his brother Matt are second generation builders, having taken over for their father, Paul H. Dembinski, who founded the company in 1977.
Since that time, more than 900 custom homes and a number of commercial projects have been built by OakRidge Construction Company. Many remodeling projects of numerous sizes were also completed. In December of 1990, the Company was honored for their accomplishments when fellow members of the Pocono Builders Association gave OakRidge the coveted “Hall of Fame” award, presented only a few times in the past, in 1996, 1998 and again in 2004 the Company was named “Builder of the Year”. “Lifetime Achievement Award” was presented to Paul Dembinski in 2005. Throughout the years OakRidge Construction company has many awards for residential, commercial and remodeling and in 2008 OakRidge Construction Company won nine builders awards along with the “Award of Excellence”, an award presented to a builder for the best project of the year in 2007. 2009 and 2010 were no exception - Oak Ridge Construction accepted four additional awards from the Pocono Builders Association.
