All registration fees for the She Rises PTSD Virtual 5K 2026 are nonrefundable and nontransferable under all circumstances. Once your registration is received and accepted, no refunds will be issued if you are unable to participate. Entries may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another individual, and registrations cannot be deferred or rolled over to a future event year.

As a virtual event, participants have the flexibility to complete their run or walk during the designated event period. However, the event reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any aspect of the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including safety concerns or conditions beyond its control.

Event organizers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to refuse entry or revoke any registration at any time. In such cases, a refund of the registration fee, if applicable, will be the sole and exclusive remedy.
