The Brooklyn Center For Quality Life (The Brooklyn Center) is a community outreach coalition whose sole purpose is to serve the largely low-income residents of the East Flatbush area of Brooklyn.  Our mission is to empower our community members with the ability to make informed life decisions in the areas of health and wellness, immigration law, finances and disaster preparedness.
