Our Story: In Loving Memory of Teshawn T Samuel.

Triumph After Tragedy Alternative Resources Inc. (TATAR) is an organization formed by Sandra Rougier for the legacy of her only child, Teshawn T Samuel. An 18-year-old young father of two girls who was lost to gun violence in 1999 (8/4/80 - 2/1/99).

TATAR offers adolescents and young parents alternatives to living a "street life" by focusing on skills, training, parenting and family counseling. We provide a referral service to guide individuals in a positive direction through education, family intervention, and resources tailored to their individual needs.
