Refund Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and while we want everyone to participate, refunds are only available for emergency or medical situations that are beyond participant control. To be eligible for a refund, you must be unable to attend due to a non-running related medical condition or emergency, and provide a valid doctor’s note (when applicable). Refund requests must be submitted in writing to city2thesea@gmail.com at least 7 days prior to the event. Refunds will not be issued for injuries related to running or training, personal scheduling conflicts, or any other reasons not specified above. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method, with a processing fee of $10.
