I understand that the Event may be postponed, modified, shortened, delayed, or canceled due to weather, public safety concerns, natural disasters, governmental orders, emergencies, or circumstances beyond the control of the organizers. Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Event organizers.
