All registration fees support Symphony HEB. Please review our refund policy before registering:

Full Refund (100%): Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $2 processing fee.
Partial Refund (80%): Cancellations made 2–6 days before the event are eligible for an 80% refund, minus a $2 processing fee.
No Refund: Cancellations made fewer than 2 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
