Trick or Trot 5K & Fun Run Refund Policy

All race registrations are final and non-refundable. Registration fees cannot be refunded, transferred, or deferred to a future event.

Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the race organizer due to circumstances that prevent the event from taking place, including but not limited to:

Event cancellation by the organizers
Severe weather or natural disasters, including hurricanes, tornadoes, or other conditions that make the event unsafe.
Government orders or other emergencies that prohibit the event from being held

The safety of our participants, volunteers, and staff is our highest priority. If hazardous conditions require cancellation, participants will be notified as soon as possible through the event website, email, and social media channels.

Payment Policy: Checks will not be accepted for onsite or race day registration. Accepted forms of payment will be communicated prior to the event.
