As this is a charitable fundraising event, all registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, illness, injury, weather conditions, or failure to participate.

One hundred percent of the event proceeds are designated to support LovePACS and its mission to provide food and resources to students and families in Prosper, Celina, and Gunter. Because your registration fee is committed directly to this cause, we are unable to offer refunds once a registration has been completed.

If the event must be modified, postponed, or canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control—including severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events—registration fees will still be considered a charitable contribution to LovePACS and will not be refunded.
