No Refunds, No Reversals — The Spell Is Cast
Once your registration is complete, the spell is sealed — all entry fees are non-refundable, no exceptions. Like a curse we can't undo, there's no reversing it once it's cast.

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control — think natural disasters, dark omens, or emergencies — or as needed to protect the safety of our coven and staff. Should the unthinkable happen, no refunds will be issued.

We also reserve the right to change event details without prior notice, because even witches don't always know what the wind (or weather) will bring.

By registering, you acknowledge that your entry fee is nonrefundable and that your spot in the coven is non-transferable.
