The Oneonta Foundation for Educational Resources (O.F.F.E.R.) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Oneonta, Alabama, dedicated to enhancing educational opportunities, fostering creative teaching, and supporting student learning within the Oneonta City School District.
