Ascendant Orthopedic Alliance was formed by joining together the two leading orthopedic providers serving North Central Indiana and Southwestern Michigan. South Bend Orthopaedics (SBO) and Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center (OSMC) bring together the current seven office locations in South Bend, Elkhart, Mishawaka, Goshen, LaPorte, Middlebury and Nappanee to form Ascendant Orthopedic Alliance.
