Refund/Transfer Policy
Thank you for supporting the Barbara Schmidt Millar Women’s Triathlon & 5K. Your registration is a meaningful contribution that helps advance access to cancer treatment, support women’s health initiatives, and fund scholarships for local students pursuing careers in healthcare.
Because this is a fundraising event, all proceeds are committed in advance to these community programs. For this reason, all registrations are considered final and non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, weather, or course conditions.
We understand that plans can change. Registration transfers to another eligible participant are permitted & must be completed by the registration deadline, subject to event guidelines and approval.
We are sincerely grateful for your participation and support—your registration fee directly helps make this event’s mission possible and strengthens its impact in the community.
