All registrations are non-refundable.

We understand that unpredictable circumstances arise—including schedule conflicts, illness, or injuries—that may prevent you from participating on race day. However, because race expenses are committed well in advance of the event, we are unable to issue refunds under any circumstances.

If you are unable to attend, please know that 100% of your registration fee will be treated as a direct donation to Crow's Nest Elementary School. Your contribution directly supports our students, programs, and school community. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support!
