This event is set up as a fundraiser with many items needed to be paid for in advance, including, park rental, shirts, medals and other event items.

Sorry but there are no refunds for this event unless you purchase the insurance when you register.

Must be requested before December 31, 2026. If you registered and cannot make it on race day AND you did not purchase the insurance, you have two options:
1. Run virtually. Send us an email about your situation and that you would like to pick up your packet during packet pickup time (listed on the events page) or the week after the event. You will receive a Bib and a shirt (size guaranteed if pre-registered before December 1, 2026)
2. Request a Deferral to 2028 event.

Again, these two options must be requested before September 30, 2026. No refunds or deferrals will be given after December 31, 2026.
