Weather, Cancellation & Refund Policy

The SEF Turkey Trot is a rain-or-shine event, and we plan to run in most weather conditions. In the event of severe or potentially unsafe weather, SEF will work closely with the Sparta Township Police Department and local officials to determine whether conditions are safe for the event to proceed. The safety of our runners, volunteers, spectators, and community will always be our priority.

Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be deferred or transferred to a future year, including in the event of inclement weather, event cancellation, or if a registrant is unable to participate.
