Family & Community Services of Somerset County "Taking Strides Towards Wellness" 5k Run/Walk

Please consider donating to this cause. I have used county services when I was struggling with my mental health postpartum and after my divorce. In the picture above, I look fine, I look great in fact, but I was in the grip of severe postpartum anxiety and depression. I got medical help and continue to get help by using resources from organizations like this and getting free therapy. It’s ok to not be ok!!!
