Green Valley Community Park is a multipurpose community park on the banks of the New River along the New River Marathon course. The park offers a picnic shelter, permanent restroom facilities, playground equipment, multipurpose playing fields, hiking trails, and a canoe ramp. Combined with the gorgeous scenery of the western North Carolina mountains, we know you'll love our park! Volunteers from Green Valley Park staff a variety of New River Marathon support stations and we're grateful for their time, energy and endurance.
