Refund Policy
Booth reservations are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation or postponement. Refunds / transfers are not available for no-shows. Event will take place rain or shine. We do not permit vendor booths that are politically oriented in any capacity, promote unhealthy activities (e.g. smoking and/or tobacco) or which are controversial in nature. We reserve the right to deny the attendance of any organization falling under the above criteria and of those which will not positively enhance the event atmosphere (in both cases we will provide a refund).
