Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
Given the upfront costs, permitting, and planning, there are absolutely no refunds given nor rescheduling of the event.
Unsafe Weather Conditions:
If threatening weather exists, Sour Fish Events may delay the start of the race up to one hour if possible. In the event a delay is not possible, the event may be canceled.
Authority to Cancel:
Participant safety is our number one concern. If Sour Fish Events race officials deem it is unsafe for participants to be on the course, they reserve the authority to cancel the event. Refunds will not be given. However, Sour Fish Events will notify all registered participants of a plan to retrieve their race packet. This may include an alternative packet pick-up as well as an option to have your race packet shipped for a nominal fee.
Notification of Delay or Cancelation:
We will notify participants by email and text alert (if opted in).
