Refund Policy
All race registrations are final. No refunds, transfers, or deferrals will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, or inclement weather.
This event will be held rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather or other conditions that create an unsafe environment for participants, volunteers, or staff, race organizers reserve the right to cancel the event.
If the race is canceled due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be provided. Registered participants will still receive their race swag. Information regarding a coordinated date, time, and location for swag pickup will be communicated via email and posted on the event website and social media channels.
Participants are encouraged to complete the race distance on their own at a time and location of their choosing.
