Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY:
By registering for any Groom Creek Firefighter's Association event, including the Groom Creek Classic, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes cancellations, rescheduling, weather, illness, injury, or any other unforeseen events.
At the Association’s sole discretion, a one-time transfer to the following year’s event may be allowed if formally requested and approved. No other credits, refunds, or exceptions will be made. All proceeds directly support the mission of the Association and are considered donations.
