In addition to providing general brokerage services (working with buyers and sellers) I have partnered with Allen Williams of Accord Homes Inc. Allen is a General Contractor/Builder who has worked in the business of home building and major renovations for the past 25 years. Having the ability to get estimates for everything from new construction to a total renovation, kitchen and bath updates, etc. will provide you with the information you need to submit an offer, or budget accordingly after you purchase a property to make it your own.
