REFUND POLICY
Start times are subject to change. All entries are strictly non-refundable and are not transferable to another event. This event happens rain, wind or shine. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen weather or community circumstances in order to preserve athlete, volunteer, staff or community safety. No cash refunds or credits will be granted in the case of a cancellation or postponement or under any other circumstances. If we, the State of California, Yolo County, or the City of Davis deem this event unsafe to occur in person due to any reason, we will notify you of our decision to postpone or cancel, or move to virtual, by email as well as on our website and social media pages. There will be no refunds should this occur, and all entry fees will be first used to cover incurred expenses and then donated to our charity. No refunds for illness or injury.
