Refund Policy
We have a no refund policy but due to coronavirus forcing cancellation of our 2020 race prior to a lot of expenses by race organizers, we are offering 3 options for those already registered. We understand families may be experiencing financial hardships so we are offering a refund minus the transaction fees, taxes, etc already charged to us and participant. We are told the USAT one-day license will be refunded also by USA Triathlon but have no control over that.
Please understand the Race director works in a hospital treating COVID-19 patients and probably will not be able to respond to emails contacting the race.
