We Run for Pat!

Pat Cannon joined the Detroit Curling Club in 2010 and quickly became part of the fabric of the DCC along with his wife, Ann.  Pat was a fine curler, but really lit up the arena with his smile, his laugh, and a quick-witted comment.  Pat was an active Sinner, a proud Killer Flamingo, and participated in the USSMCA National Senior Men's Curling Championships.

Please consider a donation in honor of MIU Men's Health Foundation's Run for the Ribbon Run/Walk benefiting prostate cancer survivorship!  This was a cause near and dear to Pat and it is with great honor that the DCC continues Pat's work to raise awareness for this cause. All funds raised directly support the work of MIU Men’s Health Foundation including:

The Blue Fund - providing limited short-term financial assistance to prostate cancer patients during active treatment.
The Men’s Health Event - providing over 100,000 FREE life-saving screenings to men since 2011!
The Prostate Cancer Survivorship Series - impacting prostate cancer survivors and their families as they meet to learn about the disease as well as share experience and moments of survivorship.

Thank you for your donation in support of our fathers, sons, brothers, husbands and friends with a tax-deductible gift.
