Refund Policy
September 8, 2026 Notice:
Due to the race date moving from Saturday, February 20 to Saturday, February 13, currently registered participants may request a full refund—including processing fees—through September 30.
If no action is taken by September 30, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date.
Any refund requests submitted after September 30 will follow our standard tiered policy based on the updated race date (February 13):
75% refund: Up to 90 days prior to race day
50% refund: 89 to 60 days prior to race day
25% refund: 59 to 30 days prior to race day
No refund: Fewer than 30 days prior to race day
