Refund Policy
Registration Policy: Rock it Racing does not provide refunds. We have a transfer policy that allows for transfers from person to person up to ONE WEEK prior to the event. If you do not show up for the event and your entry hasn't been transferred, your entry spot and race items will be released and sold to event day registrants. This includes medals and t-shirts. We are unable to mail these items.
If an Act of God/Terrorism/Community Disaster occurs, what happens?
Safety is out top priority.
The municipality (California State Parks, Orange County Parks) will also make decisions based on resource / land impact and participant safety. Race courses and race dates may be changed as seen fit by race management and the Parks.
Athletes in a postponed race will be transferred to the rescheduled date at no charge. Athletes in a cancelled race may transfer to any future Rock it Racing happening in the upcoming 12 month period at no charge.
