Refund Policy
We know stuff happens and sometimes you can't make a race you signed up for. Here are some options:
- You can withdraw for a refund during Launch Weekend Registration, Early Registration and Regular Registration ($10 processing fee). Refunds are not available during Late Registration.
- You can transfer your bib to someone else until the Wednesday before the race($20 processing fee paid by original runner).
-You can transfer to another event within the same race until the Wednesday before the race (you will need to pay the difference).
-You can defer your registration ($20 processing fee) during Launch Weekend Registration, Early Registration and Regular Registration only. Deferrals are not available during Late Registration.
Note: Refunds aren't available for donations or race extras already shipped (e.g., shirts, bibs, Nathan reusable cup, etc.).
