Refund Policy
All sales are final and there are no refunds. I understand all race fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please see http://turtlekrawl.com/frequently-asked-questions/ for further details. The transfer of race numbers from one person to the other is NOT allowed. Also, giving or selling your race number to another person is against race policy. Entry fees are non-refundable and may NOT be deferred toward a future event. There will be no refunds for cancellations due to acts of Most High: including but not limited to COVID-19 related cancellations, weather-related cancellations, and cancellations due to any other similar or dissimilar act beyond race organizer’s reasonable control. Should the in-person race be canceled for any of the aforementioned reasons, all participants will be switched to the virtual race.
