Refund Policy
If something comes up like an injury, schedule conflict, or any other minor dilemma, we'd love it if teams should first explore the option of a replacement team mate. This type of sport is great for developing new friendships. We'd love to help, so let us know if there is something we can do.
However, if a team decides to drop out because of illness, pregnancy or other major obligations, we will then offer the following refund option:
From now and until the end of January 2018 we will offer a 50% refund.
Starting February 1st there will be no refund due to the fact that we've spent money on bibs, hats, awards, insurance, park fees, photography, race nutrition, post race food etc.
