Go the Distance Katy is an 18 week program developed for the marathon/half marathon distance.  It is written by a USAT Level 2 coach and includes 4 weekly coached sessions, with an option for morning or evening weekday runs.  It is suitable for all paces.

Registration includes a training plan delivered through the Training Peaks platform, a private Facebook group and a custom shirt.  This program runs from mid-September through January.
