For over 20 years, Chef Robert Holden worked side-by-side with master chef Giovanni Carandola, perfecting his ability to create one-of-a-kind Italian dishes. Chef Robert prepares everything from scratch, and hand picks fresh vegetables, fish, and meat on a daily basis, ensuring that all of his cuisine is as fresh as possible. The recipes used at Giovanni’s come from regions of Sicily and Northern Italy, which makes for a truly authentic Italian menu.
