Refund Policy
Refunds are not authorized; however, timely transfers will be allowed. Frosty 5K is a rain-or-shine event; however, the event organizers reserve the right to cancel the event due to severe, inclement weather; emergency; natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers' control. In the event of cancellation due factors beyond the organizers' control, participants will be given the option to transfer to the Virtual Frosty 5K or to receive a partial refund of their registration fees.
