Refund Policy
Event Cancellation and Emergency Information
This event is held rain or shine. In the event of extremely inclement weather such as a hurricane or thunderstorm, race officials will determine the safest and best course of action. If the event is cancelled, participants and volunteers will be notified as soon as possible. Refunds would be processed following the day of the event.
When registering, please be sure to include a “in case of emergency contact,” making it someone who will be onsite with you or within proximity to the race. If event managers need to contact all race participants, we will communicate via both email and blast text.
In accordance with Maryland and Bethesda laws and codes, the appropriate police and emergency medical and response staff will be onsite for the duration of the event.
