Refund Policy
REGISTRATIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
If the LIVE/IN-PERSON event cannot be held due to COVID-19, we will move to an entire VIRTUAL EVENT. Should this happen after registration opens (9/7/21), anyone registered for the LIVE/IN-PERSON event will be automatically transferred to the VIRTUAL event.
Come November, if you cannot attend the LIVE/IN-PERSON due to COVID-19, you can transfer to the VIRTUAL event (11/10/21 deadline). We are urging ALL PARTICIPANTS who can be vaccinated do so in time for our Thanksgiving Day event.
DO NOT attend the event if you are sick or have recently been exposed to COVID-19. We will continue to monitor public health guidance and best practices for races, providing updates on additional requirements or modifications that may result from the COVID-19 pandemic.
