Wise Patient Internal Medicine is a small independent adult primary care clinic located on North Capitol Hill. Our core mission is to deliver excellent, comprehensive medicine at affordable, predictable prices. We are improving patient outcomes and experience through our use of open medical notes, an interactive patient portal, and proactive medicine. We use a model called Membership Medicine in order to provide more access, more physician time, and ultimately more personalized medicine for each of our patients.
