🏃 Willow Running – Refund & Transfer Policy
💵 Refunds
Allowed up to 60 days before race day.
A $5 processing fee applies.
🔄 Transfers & Deferrals
Up to 14 days before the race, participants may:
Transfer their registration to another participant
Transfer to a future equivalent Willow Running race
Transfer to the virtual option of the same race
A small shipping fee applies for mailed packets
Virtual packets may be picked up at packet pickup with one week’s notice
Less than 14 days before the race:
No transfers or deferments are allowed
Exception: You may switch to the virtual option of the same race if you notify organizers before the race starts
Shipping fee applies, or packet pickup with one week’s notice
👕 Shirts & Packet Pickup
Shirts are not guaranteed if they are not picked up before the race begins.
