Refund Policy
If there are more than 30 days until the event date, you can request a refund. Processing fees are not refundable. If you plan to do a future Fleet Feet Tulsa · Broken Arrow event, it would be better to transfer to that event rather than to request a refund minus processing fees. Entries are not transferrable to another person. No refunds or race transfers within 30 days of event. No make-up date in the event the race is cancelled due to weather or natural disasters. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the start of the race, you will not be permitted to begin and will not receive a refund. If you purchased race insurance during registration, refer to https://help.runsignup.com/support/solutions/articles/17000073422-claiming-event-insurance for instructions on filing a claim. Race insurance is offered by a third party. Fleet Feet Tulsa · Broken Arrow has no oversight or ability to manage or intervene with claims.
