Albero, Kupferman & Associates, LLC is the result of a merger between two of the area's most prominent accounting firms- Albero & Albero, P.A. and Kupferman & Associates, LLC. The firm was founded by the two principals, Ira Kupferman, CPA and Michael Albero, CPA, MST in January 2009.
We view our role as an advocate for your personal financial goals and business successes. We are not "bean counters" that simply prepare your taxes, or compile financial information. In following our mission, AKA makes it a priority to serve our community. As a firm, we contribute both money and our time to a number of causes throughout the year. You will often find AKA team members at 5k races to support local charities, attending fundraising happy hours at spots around Wilmington, serving as Board members for a number of non-profits in the area.
