One in Five 5K

The impact of sexual trauma and going through what is needed for recovery can feel like fighting a laborious uphill battle. Almost like you are punching in the wrong direction- in the dark. Often recovery takes years. Timely response at the time of the traumatic event and offering the supports needed can help to bolster early recovery and lead to better outcomes.
